Two important tips for writers and bloggers:
When time gets tight, delegate. And when someone offers you material a thousand times more interesting than you could ever make up, run with that instead.
This video is from my friend Jonathan Dietch. We share a current passion, cycling. And he's continued with, and gotten extremely good at, a former passion of mine, hang gliding. He's combined the two in absolutely stunning form over Stage 6 of last week's Tour of California. Don't miss it.
With all due respect to the doping debates, there is a right way to get high at a bike race.
PS: You'll have to take my word for this, but Jonathan is wearing his MMBA Frazz cycling jersey during this flight. As if the video (and Jonathan) weren't cool enough already.

Frazz cycling jersey? I didn't know they were making those.
Well, Liz, I don't think anyone is making Frazz jerseys, but I do know that the Michigan Mountain Biking Association made a limited-edition batch of them a few years back as a fundraiser. I hope it made them a few bucks, because it was a huge thrill for me. Try their Web site at mmba.org. You never know, they might have a few kicking around.
Nifty video! Now, how about a Frazz running shirt?
There was actually a Frazz running shirt, too. Well, a Frazz t-shirt for a running event, the 2007 Detroit Free Press Marathon. I don't know if Playmakers/New Balance has any of those anymore. If you're from Lansing or nearby, volunteer (or race, if you're already registered) at the Hawk Island Triathlon and we'll see if we can't get you one of the Frazz swim caps.
Does the swim cap come with water wings? Sadly, Lansing is a bit of a drive from Akron, Ohio. Cheers!
